Returns & Refunds

At Chain of Events, we are committed to delivering quality and intention in every piece. Should your purchase not meet expectations, we offer a streamlined return process.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

Refund Eligibility

Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued upon inspection, provided the return is made within the 14-day window.

All Other Returns
For items returned due to preference or change of mind, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.
Store credit is non-expiring and may be used toward any future purchase.

Processing

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Store credit is issued digitally

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is confirmed defective or damaged, return shipping will be covered.
